Coaching NAB AFL Auskick is a rewarding experience, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to your community.
What does an Auskick Coach do?
The role of the NAB AFL Auskick coach is to introduce kids to AFL with gentle encouragement. Auskick is all about fun, so our coaches are encouraged to create opportunities for kids to enjoy both structured and free-play. The focus is on improvement rather than “winning” and all kids should receive equal time and attention. To help plan NAB AFL Auskick sessions, a range of coaching resources are available.
