To elect 7 person committee of directors.
To elect executive ( president, v-president, treasurer & secretary, and board members.
An AGM is held every year to elect the board of directors and inform Members of previous and future activities. It is an opportunity for the members and partners to receive copies of the company’s accounts as well as reviewing information for the past year. It also provides the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the direction the clubs will take in the future.
Agenda to include:
Presidents, Treasurers, football & netball reports.
To receive expressions of interest from persons willing to fill key roles including football & netball operations manager and assistant s, sponsorship, apparel, media, canteen, functions co-ordinators
As well as day to day team support – managers, timekeepers etc.
